Appointments are highly recommended to ensure availability and allow us to provide you with the best possible experience. While walk-ins are welcome when possible, booking ahead guarantees a spot that works with your schedule.
For your first visit, arrive a few minutes early to fill out any necessary forms and discuss your goals or concerns. Avoid wearing heavy makeup, especially if you’re coming for a facial, and let us know about any allergies or skin sensitivities.
For optimal results, facials are recommended every 4–6 weeks, depending on your skin type and goals. Waxing can be done every 3–4 weeks, as hair needs some regrowth for the best results. We will help guide you based on your individual needs.
Though breaking out after a facial can happen, a facial typically shouldn’t make your skin worse before it gets better.
Lash extensions typically last 2–3 weeks before requiring a fill, depending on your natural lash cycle and care routine. Regular fills will keep your lashes looking full and fresh.
CANCELLATIONS
If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations without 24 hour notice will result in a 100% charge of service(s) booked. Multiple same day cancellations will be required to keep a credit card on file to secure future appointments.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Failure to cancel an appointment and/or no-shows will be required to pay 50% of the services scheduled. Multiple missed appointments will result in a client being required to leave a credit card on file and to pay for the entire service in advance to guarantee the booking.
